All payments made to Engenuity Studios are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
a. Upfront Payments: Payments made upfront for project-based or hourly services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
b. Monthly Retainer Payments: Payments for monthly retainers are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for the full payment of the current billing cycle, even if services are discontinued before the cycle ends.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is made in error, we will process a refund for the extra payment.

Services Not Delivered: If no work has commenced, and the client cancels services within 48 hours of payment, a refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.

Breach of Agreement: If Engenuity Studios fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement and after all reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a Written Request: Send an email to engenuitystudios@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

Provide Details: Include your name, invoice number, payment date, and the reason for the refund request.

Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Deliverables
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Completed work or deliverables already approved by the client.

Fees for third-party services, software, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.

Administrative or consultation fees.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and may take legal action to recover funds and associated costs.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
